• PREMIUM QUALITY - A high quality, plasticizer free, single component, 100% acrylic elastomeric coating. This product is designed to provide a long-lasting flexible membrane that will retain flexibility even in the harshest climatic conditions.

• APPLICATION & COVERAGE - This product can be brushed, rolled(1 ¼ nap), or spray applied. One gallon of Marlin Acrylic Top Coat on average covers 60sqft. To achieve proper cured thickness, we recommend that you apply a minimum of two heavy coats. Allow first coat time to dry before applying next coat. Do not apply product if rain is expected or if temperature is expected to drop below 32 degrees within 24 hours of application, ideal application is when temps are above 50 degrees F.
